Fluid, Flexible Designs

Whether you’re planning for your first home, are preparing to retire and downsize or even if you’re building an incredible, brand new community of rental homes- the flexibility of a 3D printed home is going to be right up your alley. Our designs are great and offer an incredible value, but customizations can be easy to make and often don’t add a huge additional cost— it just depends on what you’re looking for.

We have a limited number of spots open in Kansas for building in 2024. Take a look at our floor plans, and if you’re interested in building a Trident 3D Printed Home, or just have questions, schedule a meeting with our team and we’ll walk you through the details. Then, when you’re ready to officially get started, a $500 deposit is all it takes to get the ball rolling.

Modern Masterpieces

In the spirit of historical Case Study houses, Trident 3D Printed Homes emphasize modern, affordable, and efficiently built homes. A marriage of practicality, resourcefulness and a focus on safety utilizes concrete as a building material that is unmatched in performance and stability. The result is a clean-lined nod to the mid century homes that have captured our imagination for decades.

From dream to reality in record time.

IS a 3d Printed Home for me?

A Trident 3D Printed Home offers flexibility, efficiency and affordability. It is a great option for everyone from those who are just entering the housing market to those who have “been there done that” and want to downsize with simplicity. The clean lines and modern sensibility of our homes is a perfect canvas for any decorating style and would complement a wide variety of finishes.

Are 3d Printed Homes safe for my family?

Around the world, concrete homes are praised for their efficiency and safety. They stand up to extreme weather conditions— meaning your annual utility costs and maintenance costs are lower. We want our homes and the home buying experience to be as worry free as possible- even years down the road.

FAQs

  • Yes, this matches the typical earnest money deposit for the purchase of a home in Kansas. Additional documentation, including proof of construction financing will be required before we begin printing your home.

  • We partner with Architect One in Topeka. You can engage their design team to add any items or features you want, but that work, and the cost that come from it will be above and beyond the cost we are offering the homes for, and will have a 10% management fee on top of the cost of the changes.

  • We’re working on adding in-house financing, available most likely in mid to late 2025.
